Spiked Hot Chocolate

  1. Over medium heat, heat 5 ounces of dark chocolate and 4 cups of homogenized milk in a saucepan, stirring until chocolate has fully melted. Whisk until mixture is hot and frothy. 
  2. Add 1/2 of Kahlua liqueur and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract and continue to whisk until mixture is hot.
  3. Remove from heat, pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa or garnish with grated chocolate. 

Spanish Coffee

1. Rim a tall heavy glass mug with sugar.
2. Drizzle in a little Galliano and swirl around the inside of the mug. 
3. Add 1-ounce of Brandy and ¾-ounce of Cointreau followed by 4 to 5-ounces rich roasted coffee. 
4. Top with whipped cream and a splash of coffee liqueur.
